Kane & Krowe’s name aims to be rooted in purpose. The origin of the word Kane means “warrior in battle” and Krowe has the greater meaning of creation and transformation, which is intended to depict the journey of this company’s Director of Operations. Kane & Krowe chose the Tri-State for its people’s reflection of these qualities.

Kane & Krowe founder and Director, Kristine Kapatos began her professional business career in Raleigh, North Carolina where she built several promotional sales and marketing forces for Fortune 100 clients on a local and national level. Most of that experience is through direct to consumer acquisition within partnered retailers.

Over her time in this industry, Kapatos has established a consistent performance record of managing, growing and launching new test programs and campaigns. During that time span, she has been able to positively impact individuals and businesses across the country through motivational speaking. Kapatos now focuses on brand management, business operations and personnel development.

To better understand Kane & Krowe, one also needs to understand the operator. Previous to her arrival in sales and marketing, Kapatos built the base of her career as a legal advocate for victims of violence in the civil court system. Through merging her passions of civil service and business development, Kapatos bridges the gap by diversifying what leadership looks like in the expanding field of telecommunications.

    In this role, individuals are responsible to lead multiple campaigns throughout the market. Account managers integral contribution is their ability to train and develop other leaders by vetting talent through interviews and hands-on teaching styles. This individual will be not only driving our campaigns through performance, but learning the ins-and-outs of our key accounts and clients. All Account Managers are internally grown at Kane & Krowe.

    At this phase of our Management Training program, responsibilities shift to more behind the scenes of our business operations. Our Assistant Director will begin to learn management roles by shadowing through proximity, learning macro-market strategy, banking and budget. Our Assistant Director will also play a a huge role in our plans of market expansion to help our clients grow their massive footprint.
